Iran ready to ratify Paris agreement under a condition

Iran will ratify the Paris Agreement on climate change if sanctions against Iran are lifted, reports BBC. Iran despite being the world’s eighth largest CO2 emitter is among the few countries which hasn’t ratified the Paris pact.
