Modi, UAE Prez discuss terrorism, civilian deaths as Israel-Hamas war rages

PM Modi said he spoke to the United Arab Emirates president about terrorism and loss of civilian lives in West Asia. India and the United Arab Emirates (UAE) share "deep concern" over terrorism, deteriorating security situation and loss of civilian life in West Asia, Prime Minister Narendra Modi said on Friday. Prime Minister Modi made the remarks in a post that read, ``Had a good conversation with my brother UAE President HH @MohamedBinZayed about the situation in West Asia.'' "We are deeply concerned about terrorism, deteriorating security situation and loss of civilian lives," Prime Minister Modi said. He added: "We agree that the security and humanitarian situation must be resolved quickly and that lasting peace, security and stability in the region is in everyone's interest." .
